Anhui Hengtai Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is a national-level high-tech enterprise founded in 2003. For over two decades, it has specialized in the field of electrical automation and explosion-proof safety transportation for coal mines. The company is situated in the High-tech Development Zone of Suzhou City, Anhui Province. It went public in 2015 with the stock code: 800098. The enterprise currently boasts a workforce of over 210 employees, of which more than 70% are professional technical staff and managerial personnel. The company leads with technological innovation, spearheaded by experts from the provincial expert talent pool. Our Service

Our sales services include providing free training in both Chinese and English on equipment operation for technical personnel from the mines. We also offer free training on relevant theories and practical operational skills for technicians appointed by the mines.

All products, when correctly installed, normally used, and properly maintained, come with a one-year warranty starting from the successful commissioning and acceptance of the complete equipment installation. During the warranty period, any quality issues with the main components will be resolved by the supplier at no charge.

For generic software used in the system (referring to third-party software), our company provides warranty and upgrade terms. For proprietary software developed by our company, we offer lifetime free upgrades.
