2. Traceability: the rationality, legality, and effective tracking and filing of product design, production, review, sales, maintenance, and repair processes;
3. Legitimacy: The structure, function, and quality control of the product are within the scope of national laws and quality supervision;
4. The above quality control procedures are supervised and implemented by nationally recognized testing/supervision institutions. Otherwise, certificates may be revoked and production may be ordered to stop, and legal responsibilities may even be pursued;
5. If the quality supervision agency fails to effectively supervise and monitor, accidents caused by certified enterprise products will still be constrained by traceability procedures, and even legal responsibilities may be pursued.
