I. Regular Calibration and Maintenance
Calibration Cycle: At least once a year; in high-frequency or harsh environments (such as chemical plants), this can be shortened to every 3-6 months.
Maintenance Content: Inspect the sensor, filter, seals, and other vulnerable parts; replace aging components promptly.
II. Standardized Installation and Operation
Installation Location: Avoid areas with vibration, strong electromagnetic interference, and corrosive substances to ensure stability and safety.
Operation Training: Personnel must be familiar with the usage methods and operating procedures to avoid damage caused by misoperation.
III. Environmental Control
Temperature and Humidity Management: Maintain temperatures within -20℃ to 60℃ whenever possible. Use desiccants or a sealed enclosure when humidity exceeds 85%.
Dust and Moisture Prevention: Regularly clean the casing and sensor surface to prevent dust and oil accumulation.
IV. Scientific Management
Equipment Records: Record usage, calibration records, and maintenance history for traceability.
Maintenance System: Assign specific personnel to be responsible, conduct regular inspections, and ensure that measures are implemented.
V. Timely Handling of Abnormalities
Abnormality Response: If abnormal readings or alarm malfunctions are detected, immediately stop the device and conduct a thorough inspection.
Professional Repair: Contact the manufacturer or a qualified professional for repair. Never operate a device that is malfunctioning.
