Product Composition

 

1. A water supply system consists of water tanks, water pumps, water pipes, and other components that provide a consistent stream of water.
2. Nozzle system: consists of many nozzles that spray water evenly into the air. There are numerous types of nozzles, including atomizing nozzles and fan nozzles, and appropriate nozzles can be chosen based on the application scenario.
3. Control system: utilized to regulate water spraying parameters such as duration, frequency, and intensity. The control system may perform automatic operation and change the water spraying parameters based on factors such as dust concentration and ambient humidity to produce the best dust suppression effect.

4.Filtration system: utilized to remove pollutants from the water and prevent nozzle blockage. The filtration system can lengthen the nozzle's service life while also improving equipment reliability.
5. Power system: Provides power to equipment like water pumps, which are often powered by electricity. The power system's performance has a direct impact on the equipment's operational efficiency and stability.

 

Feature

 

1. Manual water spray mode: Press the button to start or stop spraying water.

2. Intermittent water spray mode: Set the spraying time for cyclic intermittent spraying.

3. Trigger mode:

(1) Photoelectric signal input: When the device is in a water-spraying state, water spraying stops when the photoelectric sensor receives a human signal.

(2) Touch signal input: When the touch sensor is activated, the host controls the water spraying system to spray water automatically; water spraying stops after the set time once the touch sensor resets.

(3) Sound control signal input: When the sound control sensor detects a strong sound signal, the host controls the water spraying system to spray water automatically; water spraying stops after the set time.

(4) Smoke over-limit signal input: When the smoke concentration reaches the smoke action value, the host controls the water spraying system to spray water automatically; water spraying stops after the set time.

(5) Temperature over-limit signal input: When the temperature exceeds the set water-spraying temperature value, the host controls the water spraying system to spray water automatically; water spraying stops after the set time.

5. Communication function: The system is equipped with Ethernet and 485 interfaces; it supports communication protocols like ModbusTCP, ModbusRTU, etc., and uses Ethernet communication with remote upper computers.
