1. Preliminary Preparation and Site Selection
Choose a location away from flammable and explosive materials, strong light sources, and completely dark/reflective objects, ensuring the monitoring range covers the target area.
Check that all tools (screwdriver, electric drill, etc.) and accessories (explosion-proof junction box, sealing ring, etc.) are complete.
2. Fixing the Bracket and Equipment
Use expansion screws to fix the bracket to the ceiling or wall, ensuring stable load-bearing capacity.
If it is a dome camera, disassemble the casing and install the explosion-proof infrared light board, paying attention to aligning the terminals and securing them.
3. Wiring and Sealing Treatment
Cables must be routed through concealed conduits or have physical protection added, avoiding transmission in the same direction as high-power electrical wires.
The cable entry point must be sealed with a rubber sealing ring; filling with other materials is prohibited to ensure explosion-proof performance.
4. Debugging and Testing
After connecting the power, adjust the lens angle and infrared light irradiation range through the monitor, avoiding direct exposure to strong light or objects that absorb infrared light.
Test the night vision effect to ensure a clear image in a completely dark environment.
Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to modify the equipment structure or wiring without authorization. The explosion-proof surface must be kept clean and coated with anti-rust oil.
Regularly check the sealing and lightning protection measures, and perform key maintenance before severe weather.
