The Explosion-Proof Electromagnetic Valve is a key safety device that regulates the flow of liquids and gases, particularly in flammable and explosive settings. Working principle

The explosion-proof electromagnetic valve works by controlling the valve's opening and shutting using electromagnetic force. When the electromagnet is energized, the electromagnetic force generated attracts the valve core, causing it to move, opening the valve and allowing the fluid to pass through; when the electromagnet is de-energized, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the valve core is reset by the spring force, closing the valve and preventing the fluid from passing through.

Installation precautions

1. Before installation, ensure that the solenoid valve's model and specifications are compliant with the design requirements, and that the solenoid valve's appearance is not damaged, distorted, or otherwise defective.
2. During installation, make sure that the inlet and outlet directions of the solenoid valve match the flow direction of the pipeline to avoid reverse installation, which could cause the solenoid valve to malfunction.

The solenoid valve should be positioned in a location that allows for easy operation and maintenance, with enough room around it.
4. During installation, take care to preserve the solenoid valve's sealing surface from collisions and scratches.
5. When installing a large-caliber Explosion-Proof Electromagnetic Valve, specific lifting equipment should be used to avoid damaging the solenoid valve due to unequal force.
