1. Preparation before installation
Check the appearance of the sensor: Make sure the nameplate of the sensor is complete and clear, indicating the main technical indicators such as product name, model, specification, and measurement range.
Check the integrity of the parts: The parts should be intact, and the fasteners should not be loose or damaged.
Check the sealing: Under the rated working pressure, the sensor should not leak or be damaged.
2. Selection of the installation location
Choose a suitable location: The installation location should be selected according to the actual monitoring needs to ensure that the sensor can accurately measure the required pressure.
Avoid vibration and shock: The installation location should avoid vibration and shock as much as possible to ensure the accuracy of the measurement and the service life of the sensor.
3. Installation steps
Apply the sealing cone: Use ink to evenly apply the sealing cone of the sealing rod.
Lubricate the threads: Lubricate the threads of the mounting base to avoid additional scratches.
Insert the sealing rod: Insert the sealing rod into the mounting base, screw it to the bottom, and then tighten it with the correct torque.
Check the sealing ring surface: Unscrew the sealing rod and check the cone surface. Good mounting seat processing should be that the ink on the 45-degree cone sealing surface is wiped off in a ring shape, reflecting a good sealing ring surface.
Install the sensor: After inspection, the sensor can be installed only if the mounting base has a good sealing ring surface.
Use a torque wrench: The sensor must be tightened with a torque wrench to ensure sealing.
4. Inspection after installation
Check the sealing: After installation, check the sealing of the sensor again to ensure no leakage.
Check the signal output: Ensure that the signal output of the sensor is normal and the connection with the monitoring system is stable.
5. Maintenance and care
Regular inspection: Regularly check whether the fasteners of the sensor are loose and whether the sealing is good.
Waterproof and dustproof: Take waterproof and dustproof measures to ensure that the sensor can work normally in harsh coal mine environments.
6. Safety precautions
Meet the explosion-proof requirements: Ensure that the sensor meets the intrinsically safe explosion-proof requirements for mining, and is suitable for dangerous environments such as underground coal mines.
Reasonable installation position: The sensor should be installed in a position that does not affect pedestrians and vehicles, and is easy to install and maintain.
