Explosion-Proof and Intrinsically Safe Programmable Control Box is mainly used for the automated control of pump rooms under coal mines, belt transport automation control, and several other automation control systems. It employs a PLC programmable controller as the core device, replacing the traditional microcontroller systems, thereby solving the problems of complex software design and poor anti-interference ability of the microcontroller control systems. The control box features a touch screen and other human-machine interaction interfaces for setting parameters, querying fault information, and displaying the operational status of equipment. It possesses strong applicability, expandability, high reliability, and powerful communication capabilities. Its logic control method can be implemented through software programming, simplifying complex control logic.

Device Functions

1. Control functions: It has remote, centralized, local, and maintenance control modes, with reliable interlocking functions between various control modes;

2. It has interlocking functions in the same direction as the coal flow: achieving stoppage in the direction of coal flow and startup against the direction of coal flow, effectively preventing the belt conveyor from starting under load;

3. It has a start-up warning function, with adjustable warning time;

4. Text display function (including operation status, speed, and other parameters, as well as fault categories);

5. Password protection function: before setting parameters, user login is required to modify parameters;

6. Communication status monitoring function: real-time display of the communication status between the underground control main station and the underground control substation;

7. Protection function: during protection alarms, it provides detailed voice prompts;

8. Current detection function: equipped with 0–10V or 4-20mA analog input modules, converting the actual current into 0-10V or 4~20mA analog signals, to display the actual value of the current in real-time;
