1. Grounding measures
Equipment grounding: Ensure that the shell and internal circuit of the Explosion-Proof Camera are reliably grounded. The grounding resistance should be less than 4Ω, and the cross-sectional area of the grounding wire should not be less than 25mm².
Workbench and anti-static floor grounding: Use anti-static flooring in the operating area and ensure that it is well grounded to reduce static electricity accumulation.
2. Use anti-static materials
Shell material: Select anti-static materials to manufacture the Explosion-Proof Camera shell, such as conductive plastic or metal coating.
Internal components: Use anti-static materials to manufacture internal components such as circuit boards and cables to reduce static electricity generation.
3. Environmental control
Increase humidity: In a dry environment, static electricity is more likely to be generated. Increasing the humidity of the environment through a humidifier or sprinkling water can effectively reduce static electricity.
Avoid strong light and high temperature: Avoid exposing the Explosion-Proof Camera to strong light or high temperature environments, which will aggravate the generation of static electricity.
4. Operation Specifications
Wear anti-static equipment: Operators should wear anti-static work clothes and anti-static gloves to avoid the impact of human static electricity on the equipment.
Avoid live operation: When installing or maintaining the Explosion-Proof Camera, the power must be cut off first to avoid live operation.
5. Equipment Maintenance
Regular cleaning: Regularly clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the Explosion-Proof Camera to avoid static electricity accumulation.
Check grounding: Regularly check the integrity and effectiveness of the grounding system to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standard.
6. Anti-static equipment
Ion blower: Install an ion blower in the operating area to effectively neutralize static electricity.
Anti-static coating: Apply anti-static coating on the surface of the equipment to reduce static electricity accumulation.
7. Lightning protection measures
Grounding protection: Ensure that the grounding system of the Explosion-Proof Camera is separated from the lightning protection grounding system to avoid lightning induction.
Shielding and grounding: The signal line and power line should be shielded in a metal pipe, and ensure that both ends of the metal pipe are grounded.
